GREENFIELD — Jack Goncalves and Sons will be raising structures in preparation for the paving of Leyden Road through Nov. 9. Paving will be performed by Lane Construction Nov. 10 to 22.
The work is weather dependent. Town officials warn motorists to expect delays and seek alternate routes if possible.

LEYDEN — A flu clinic will be held Tuesday from 7 to 9:30 a.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. in Town Hall.
Most insurance plans are accepted, so interested residents are asked to bring their insurance cards. A flu shot will cost $20 for adults and $10 for children without insurance.
The clinic is being sponsored by the Franklin Regional Council of Governments’ Cooperative Public Health Service in cooperation with the Leyden Board of Health.
Montague will have five polling locations for its six precincts on Election Day. Statewide, polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., according to Montague Town Clerk Deb Bourbeau.
Montague Polling locations are as follows.
Precinct one: Montague Center Fire Station, 28 Old Sunderland Road.; Precinct two: Highland School Apartments, 446 Millers Falls Road.; Precincts three and four: Hillcrest School, 30 Griswold St.; Precinct five: The Gill Montague Senior Center, 62 Fifth St.; Precinct six: Montague Police Station, 180 Turnpike Road.

WARWICK — The Warwick Recreation Committee is sponsoring a hike on Mount Monadnock Nov. 11.
Participants are asked to meet at Warwick Community School at 8:30 a.m. to organize a car pool to Dublin, N.H.
The hike, which is 2.2 miles long and will be led by Clare Green, is moderate to challenging, according to the Warwick town website. Participants are encouraged to pack water, snacks, lunch and an extra layer of clothes, as well as wear comfortable hiking shoes.
The hike is free.

Conway looks to fill vacant town
government seats
CONWAY — The town is looking to fill a few positions in its government.
Specifically, there’s an open seat in the Agricultural Commission, two in the Conservation Commission and a few in the Parks, Recreation and Trails Committee.
