Heath, MA – James S. Waldron, of Heath, MA died Monday, April 20, 2026 unexpectedly at his home.
Born in Montague, MA, December 3, 1963 to Rosa Lee Lambert and Hauge Waldron. James attended Franklin County Technical School and Graduated in 1981.
James went on to join the workforce as a reliable hard worker. His longest and most recent position was at Pelican where he worked and held many positions for over 35 years.
James met the love of his life Cathy in 1996 and were married on June 22, 2002. Excited to start their new life together they started a family having two sons James and Patrick Waldron. His children meant the world to him. They spent 29 beautiful years together.
James was a family man who loved spending time with his wife and sons working on various projects around the house and farm and mentoring his sons. He was a jack of all trades. He really enjoyed shooting with his son James and cooking with his son Patrick. James was a successful hunter, and outdoorsman harvesting many large white tail bucks. He enjoyed hunting with Tom and Audrey Furtado and his early hunting trip to North Carolina with Tom, and Paul Thayer. James also enjoyed deep sea fishing with his son and friend on the Yellow Bird. James also frequented Becks Auto stopping by to visit his buddies at the shop. James will be loved and missed by many.
James is survived by his wife, Cathy Waldron, sons James and Patrick Waldron, and stepdaughter Toni Peters. Also survived by his brothers Terry and Earl Waldron. He was predeceased by his mother Rosa Lee Lambert, father Hauge Waldron, sister Vicky Waldron and Barbara Berthiaume. As well as a brother Harold Waldron.
At the family’s request there will be no calling hours at this time, a small gathering will be held for close family members and friends.
