The beauty is slowly evolving in areas of the Franklin County. Grass is now showing itself and the mounds of heavy snow are a memory of the ongoing winter we all endured. Now is the time to enjoy those who you meet casually each day whether at the library, grocery store, in the schools.

Recently I was standing patiently at the deli counter at a local grocery store. I witnessed a bunch of shoppers complaining. I quickly moved away as I was waiting for my order. One women came right up to me to complain to me about the deli. I said well you just need to be patient they are short-handed. Yikes, in everyday life just accept there will be days when not everything is perfect. Step aside and learn to hold your voice, as we are all in this together surviving. Give those serving you a please and thank you. Let’s face it you get more if you approach a situation with a positive attitude.

And lastly when people complain it’s usually a red light to walk away and deal with it by not joining in. However, if you do see something bad evolving, say something. This could help a situation have a positive outlook.
