Dobby is a sweet and cuddly 6-year-old chihuahua mix. He can be shy and reactive at first when meeting new people, but he warms up quickly. Dobby can be reactive to some dogs but does not seem to mind non-reactive cats. He is still working on his housetraining and walking on a leash.
