Seminole, FL – Jan Edgar Richard, 72, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Suncoast Hospice in Pinellas Park, Florida, following complications from a stroke.

He is also survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and Jack O’Loughlin of Seminole, Florida, where Jan made his home for many years.
