Mount Toby
Concerts hosting benefit for TASSN

LEVERETT — Mount Toby Concerts is hosting a benefit concert on Friday, March 31, to support the Trans Asylum Seekers Support Network (TASSN), a solidarity-based network supporting queer and transgender asylum seekers in the United States.

Annie Patterson and Peter Blood will perform starting at 7 p.m. They will also lead sing-along numbers.

The concert will be held at 194 Long Plain Road (Route 63) in Leverett and will be family-friendly. Copies of Patterson and Blood’s songbooks, “Rise Up Singing” and “Rise Again,” will be available to buy or borrow for the evening.

A suggested donation of $20 is requested, although folks can pay more or less as needed. Tickets are at the door — if still available — and at bit.ly/3LUHjfG. Attendees are asked to wear masks.
