Pleaded guilty to larceny of a credit card, and three charges of improper use of a credit card under $250, and placed on probation for all four charges, with same conditions as in the first count. Timothy P. August, 39, of San Juan Bautista, Calif. Charge of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, from California, for grand theft of personal property over $950, five counts of second degree burglary, five counts of grand theft larceny value over $950, five counts of insufficient funds for a check over $200, and petty theft, with three or more priors in California, was not prosecuted, as according to a written statement from a counsel in the district attorneyโs office, for the reason that the Santa Clara County Sheriffโs Office is no longer willing to extradite the defendant; as a result, the defendant was to be released from Franklin County House of Correction, forthwith.
