Rose Novak has a large flock of blue birds near her house in North Orange.  Some mornings as many as a dozen line up on the railing of her deck for their breakfast of mealworms, she notes. But there also are starlings that also love mealworms and show up at the feeder.  PHOTO BY ROSE NOVAK
